On the west bank of the Müritz between two nature reserves, the visitor will see one of the most beautiful and oldest manor houses in Mecklenburg, built in the style of the Danish brick renaissance.

The manor house of Ludorf numbers among the most significant buildings of the second half of the seventeenth century and externally has practically remained aesthetically unaltered – to the great delight of all. The venerable, reserved elegance of this brick building is illuminated via the historic interior of the house, with its in Mecklenburg unique ceiling fresco from the time of the construction. Whoever enjoys a stay here is transported out of the hectic world of today and taken back into past centuries in which humanity in harmony with nature was the measure of all things.

The twenty-three stylishly decorated rooms offer everything that could be desired today in terms of comfort, without displacing the original character of the location.
